I’ve been doing Customer Service for 36 years. 10 years in Service Administration, 15 years Field Technical Service and 11 years as Distribution Technical Service Support.
Due to the rapid growth in technology, we now qualify our time and experience in knowing where to find the answers when needed. Sometimes we actually get to go out in the field and get dirty assisting dealers. Training is undoubtedly the most rewarding part which affords us the opportunity to teach those climbing the ladders after us. We learn from everyone and every day is an opportunity to increase our knowledge base.
Our pursuit of quality service and customer excellence takes us across many other departments within our organization and outside the company while seeking resolutions. It is what makes us Stand Out among our competitors. Unfortunately it’s not all peaches and cream but the end result is worth it: helping others.
